The Putin regime is unlikely to use propaganda about Ukraine's involvement in the terrorist attack in the Moscow region to escalate the war. Russia already employs its entire arsenal against Ukraine.

This was reported by Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, in an interview with Voice of America.

"Putin and Putin's Russia are waging a genocidal war against Ukraine, using the entire arsenal except for weapons of mass destruction. Our critical civilian infrastructure, energy, cultural objects, social sphere, and medicine are being destroyed. Hundreds, thousands of such objects have been destroyed by Putin's missiles and drones. Putin's tanks kill our peaceful residents and defenders. What escalation can we talk about now?" he said.

According to intelligence, the Kremlin regime will use the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Mall near Moscow to strengthen mobilization and will also try to transform Russia's image from an aggressor to a victim.

"But neither Putin, nor Lavrov, nor Shoigu, nor other killers resemble victims. Putin remains the biggest and main terrorist in the world along with his regime and its leaders," Yusov added.

The representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate also noted that Moscow's inability to prevent the terrorist attack is a complete failure of Putin's power model in the eyes of voters. According to Yusov, dictator Vladimir Putin has demonstrated to everyone, even to his entourage, that he is unable to control the situation in the country.
